ORDINANCE NO. 74-6-983
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2-47 (a) "NONCIVIL SERVICE
EMPLOYEES GENERALLY", OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH,KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Section 2-47 (a) "Noncivil service employees generally",
of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be amended and reordained
so that said section as amended and reordained shall hereafter read as follows:
"Sec. 2-47. Noncivil service employees generally.
(a) The monthly or hourly rate of compensation for
the following noncivil
service employees of the City of Paducah shall be the amount set
opposite the designation
of such employment, to -wit:

SECTION 2. This ordinance amends a portion of Ordinance
No. 74-3-935
adopted by the Board of Commissioners on March 12, 1974.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and
after the date of its adoption.
