ORDINANCE NO. 73-4-811
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF B & B CONSTRUCTION COMPANY
FOR MATERIALS AND SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED TO THE FIRE STATION
LOCATED ON 6TH STREET IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, AND
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah, Kentucky, accept the
bid of B & B Construction Company for providing the City with various
materials and services for repairs to the fire station located on 6th Street in
Paducah, Kentucky, in the total amount of $2,100.00 as contained in the bid
of B & B Construction Company dated April 9, 1973.
SECTION 2. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized
to execute a contract with B & B Construction Company for providing the City
with various materials and services authorized in Section 1 above according to
the bid proposal and all contract documents heretofore approved and
incorporated in the bid.
SECTION 3. An emergency is declared to exist and this ordinance
shall therefore be introduced and remain on file for one week for public i
inspection in the completed form in which it shall be put upon its final

passage, and if adopted shall be in full force and effect immediately
thereafter.
