ORDINANCE NO. 75-11-1203
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3 OF AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED
"AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF SOUTHERN STATES ASPHALT COnIPANY, INC.

FOR SALE TO THE CITY OF IT'S REQUIREMENT OF ASPHALT FOR THE YEAR 1975, TO
BE USED IN STREET CONSTRUCTION AND REPAIR WORK, AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SUCH PURCHASE", WHICH WAS ADOPTED ON
APRIL 22, 1975, AND AMENDED ON APRIL 29, 1975
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH,KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Section 3 of an ordinance containing the title quoted above,
which was adopted on April 22, 1975 and amended on April 29, 1975, be further amended
and reordained so that said section as amended and reordained shall hereafter read as
follows:
"SECTION 3. The purchase price for said material shall be charged
to Federal Revenue Sharing Account No. 3454."
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption.
