HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance Book 18, Page 1030, No Resolution Number1030 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ESTABLISH NECESSARY CHECKING ACCOUNTS WITH LOCAL BANKS FOR THE PURPOSES OF ADMINISTERING COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT FUNDS, AND AUTHORIZING AND APPOINTING THE DESIGNATED SIGNATORIES BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH,KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to establish all necessary checking accounts with local banks that may be necessary in order to administer the orderly and legal disbursement of all Community Development Funds. SECTION 2. That any joint combination of the City Manager, City Treasurer and the Community Development Accountant shall be considered as authorized signatories on any checking accounts established for the purposes of the disbursement of Community Development Funds. SECTION 3.
