AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE OFFER OF J. WILLIAM GRAVES AND
WIFE, MARY ANN GRAVES; FRANK G. HIDEG AND WIFE, JUDY O. HTDEG: AND
CHARLES A. SALADINO AND WIFE, JAMIE K. SALADINO, THE ADDRESS OF ALL BEI
900 NORTH 21ST STREET, PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, TO PURCHASE THE INTEREST OI
THE CITY OF PADUCAH IN A LOT ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF CLARK STREET, EAST O
8TH STREET FOR THE SUM OF $445.00, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY (
TO EXECUTE A QUITCLAIM DEED
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the offer of J. William Graves and wife, Mary Ann Gr
Frank G. Hideg and wife, Judy O. Hideg; and Charles A. Saladino and wife, Jamie I
Saladino, in the amount of $445.00 to purchase the interest of the City in the followin
described land therein be accepted, said land being described as follows:
One lot on the south side of Clark Street, fronting
about 41 feet 8 inches thereon and running back
southwardly 100 feet, and situated about 41 feet
8 inches East of 8th Street, and as shown on page
91 of Block Map Book No. 1 in the office of the
City Engineer.
Being the same land (Ridley & Neal properly) conveyed
on June 14, 1972 to the City of Paducah by Benjamin C.
LeRoy, Treasurer, by deed of record in Deed Book 541
page 394 in the ]McCracken County Court Cleric's Office.
Said property formerly known as 726 Clark Street.
SECTION 2. Upon the payment of the sum of $445.00 to the City Treasu
the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to convey to J. William
Graves and wife, :Mary Ann Graves; Frank G. Ilideg and wife, Judy 0. Ilideg and
Charles A. Saladino and wife, .Jamie K. Saladino all of the right, title and interest
of the City in the property described in Section I hereof, and said deed of conveyance
shall be quitclaim only, shall contain no warranty as to title and shall be subject
to any state of facts that might he shown by an accurate survey.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after the date of its adoption.
