ORDINANCE NO. 72-4-636
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2-47 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
CITY OF PADUCAH', KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Section 2-47 "Noncivil service employees generally"
be anended and reordained so that said section as amended and reordained
shall hereafter read as follows:
"Sec. 2-47. Noncivil service employees generally.
(a) The monthly or hourly rate of compensation of the following
noncivil service employees of the City of Paducah shall be the amount
set opposite the designation of such employment, to -wit:

Assistant corporation counsel (police court) 600.00

(b) The housing code enforcement officer shall be paid at the
rate of $522.33 per month for the first six months of employment;
At the expiration of six months, $532.33 per month, and at the
expiration of one year $543.33, such increases to be made upon
recommendation of the city manager.
SECTION 2. Section 1 amends an ordinance that was last amended
by Section 1 of Ordinance No. 71-11-556 adopted November 9, 1971.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption, and retroactive to April 1, 1972.
