ORDINANCE NO. 72-3-620
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING A PORTION OF SUS -SECTION (a) OF SECTION
2-47 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That so much of sub -section (a) of Section 2-47
"Noncivil Service Employees generally" of the Code of Ordinances
City of Paducah, Kentucky, as now reads:
"Dog Warden (1 position)"
be amended and reordained to hereafter read as follows:
"Dog Warden (2 positions)"
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption and retroactive to March 13, 1972.
