ORDINANCE NO. 72-2-612
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 7-28 "ELECTRICAL CODE ADOPTED"
'OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY QEF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Section 7-28 "Electrical code adopted", of
the Code of Ordinances City of Paducah, Kentucky, be amended and re -
ordained so that said section as amended and reordained shall
hereafter read as follows:
"Sec. 7-28. Electrical code adopted.
The 1971 National Electrical Code, as prepared by National
Fire Protection Association, is hereby adopted by reference and
is made a part of the public records of the city by this section."
SECTION 2. This ordinance amends Section 1 of an.ordinance
adopted December 28, 1965 and which was last amended by Section 1
of Ordinance No. 72-1-598 adopted January 11, 1972.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
