ORDINANCE NO. 71-7-501
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE
ACCEPTING THE BID OF WILSON CHEVROLET-CADILLAC, INC. FOR THE SALE TO
THE CITY OF ONE (1) NEW 1971 MODEL ONE-HALF TON PICK-UP TRUCK FOR USE
AT THE SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, IENTUCKY, AND
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SUCH PURCHASE"
WHICH ORDINANCE WAS ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS ON JUNE 8,
1971
WHEREAS, Wilson Chevrolet -Cadillac, Inc. has advised the City
that they will be unable to deliver the vehicle bid upon according to
the bid and resolution authorizing said bids,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That an ordinance bearing the title quoted above,
be, and the same is hereby, repealed.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
