A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY ESTABLISHING A CONCENTRATED CODE ENFORCEMENT ADVISORY COMMITTEE
FOR THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
WHEREAS, the City of Paducah, Kentucky is undertaking the
prosecution of a concentrated code enforcement program under the pro-
visions of Section 117, as amended, of Title I of the Housing Act of
1949, known as the City of Paducah's Concentrated Code Enforcement
Program, Project No. and
WHEREAS, the combined efforts of several departments and
agencies of the City will be required for the efficient prosecution
of this program, and
WHEREAS it is advisable to establish a concentrated code
enforcement advisory committee composed of representatives from
said departments and agencies for the purpose of allocating, co-ordinating
and assisting in the efficient prosecution of this program, which said
committee shall have the responsibility of coordinating the work of said
various departments and agencies.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That a concentrated code enforcement advisory
committee for the City of Paducah's Concentrated Code Enforcement
Program is hereby established and is composed of the following: The
City Manager, City Planner, City Treasurer, City Engineer, Director of
Public Works, City Assessor, Corporation Counsel, Executive Director
of Paducah Municipal Housing Commission, Executive Director of the
Urban Renewal and Community Development Agency, and representatives
of such other departments and agencies which the Mayor might determine
to be necessary or proper in connection with the development of said
Program.
SECTION 2. That this Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
