ORDINANCE NO. 70-10-388
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ACCEPT A GRANT AWARD FROM
THE KENTUCKY CRIME COMMISSION FOR A POLICE CONSOLIDATION - RECORDS AND
IDENTIFICATION PROJECT, AND DESIGNATING THE PROJECT DIRECTOR AND
FISCAL OFFICER FOR SUCH PROJECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor be, and he is hereby, authorized to
accept a $1,808.00 grant award from the Kentucky Crime Commission to
the City of Paducah, Kentucky, for a Police Consolidation - Records
and Identification Project, wherein the City shall contribute to the
project the services of its employees valued at $9,240.00 during
the project period from 1 September, 1970 through 31 August, 1971.
SECTION 2. The Chief of the Paducah Police Department is hereby
designated Project Director for said grant, and the City Treasurer is
hereby designated Fiscal Officer for said grant.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
upon adoption.
