ORDINANCE NO. 72-7-668
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF HAROLD REYNOLDS AND MARTHA
REYNOLDS TO PURCHASE THE INTEREST OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH IN LOT 12,
BLOCK 11, O'BRYAN'S ADDITION ON SEITZ STREET, FOR THE SUM OF $100.00,
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A QUITCLAIM DEED
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the offer of Harold Reynolds abd Martha Reynolds
in the amount of $100.00 to purchase the interest of the City of Paducah
in the following described land in said City, be accepted, said land
being described as follows:
Lot 12, Block 11, O'Bryan's Addition
fronting 40 feet on the north side of Seitz
Street 40 feet west of Mississippi Street,
and as shown on page 58 of Block Map Book
No. 4 in the office of the City Engineer.

Being the same land (G. L. Crawford and Mrs:
G. L. Crawford property) conveyed to the City
of Paducah by Benjamin C. LeRoy, Treasurer, by
deed dated June 26, 1972, and of record in Deed
Book 541, page 662 in the McCracken County
Court Clerk's office.
SECTION 2. Upon the payment of the sum of $100.00 to the City
Treasurer, the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed
to convey to Harold Reynolds and Martha Reynolds all of the right,
title and interest of the City in the property described in Section 1
hereof, and said deed of conveyance shall be quitclaim only, shall contain
no warranty as to title and shall be subject to any state of facts that
might be shown by an accurate survey.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
