ORDINANCE NO. 72-7-666
AN ORDINANCE CLOSING A PORTION OF AN ALLEY IN THE BLOCK BOUNDED
BY CLAY STREET, TRIMBLE STREET, NORTH 31ST STREET AND NORTH 32ND STREET
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah, Kentucky, does hereby
authorize the closing of a certain portion of an alley in the
block bounded by Clay Street, Trimble Street, North 31st Street and
North 32nd Street, which portion of said alley is more particularly
described as follows:
All that portion of a 20 foot alley
lying between the west line of North 31st.,
between Clay Street and Trimble Street,
and the east line of a 15 foot alley running
in an irregular line between Clay Street and
Trimble Street, all lying and being in the
block bounded by Clay Street on the south;
Trimble Street on the north; 31st Street
on the east and 32nd Street on the west.
SECTION 2. That the Corporation Counsel of the City of Paducah,
be, and he is hereby, authorized and empowered to institute and prosecute,
pursuant to KR -S 92.360, an action in the McCracken Circuit Court for a
judgment ordering the closing of the alley described in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
