ORDINANCE NO. 69-2-173
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF WILSON CHEVROLET-CADILLAC,
INC. FOR SALE TO THE CITY OF ONE (1) NEW 1969 CHEVROLET STATION WAGON
FOR USE IN THE POLICE DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, AND PRESCRIBING
THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS UPON WHICH SUCH PURCHASE SHALL BE MADE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accept the bid of Wilson
Chevrolet -Cadillac, Inc. in the sum of $2,968.83 for sale to the City
of one (1) new 1969 Chevrolet Station Wagon, Model 15436, having the
specifications as set out in the Resolution adopted December 27, 1968
by the Board of Commissioners of said city authorizing advertisement
for bids for such vehicle, and as contained in the bid of said Wilson
Chevrolet -Cadillac, Inc, dated January 17, 1969.
SECTION 2. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby,
authorized to enter into a contract for said vehicle as set out in
Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be introduced and remain
on file for at least one (1) week for public inspection in the completed
form in which it shall be put upon its final passage, and if adopted
shall be in full force and effect ten (10) days thereafter.
