HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances Book 16, Page 571, Ordinance Number 68-4-50ORDINANCE NO. 68-4-50 AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE SALARY OF THE JUDGE OF THE POLICE COURT OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH; PROVIDING FOR PAYMENT OF SUCH SALARY; AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the Police Judge of the City of Paducah will be paid a salary of $7,200.00 per year, payable $600.00 per month commencing on the first day of the next term for this office, and said salary shall be paid to the duly elected police judge at the same time and in the same manner as the salaries of other officers and employees of the City are paid. Until the first day of the next term of office of the police judge, the present holder of said office shall receive the salary heretofore provided, to -wit, $400.00 per month. SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed. SECTION 3.
