MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT FOR SUCH CONCESSION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the bid of Noble Park Funland, Inc. for the
granting of a concession for amusement facilities in Noble Park in
the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be accepted, said bid being in the
following terms and figures:
"The following is our proposal which is made in response
to your Resolution and Invitation to bid passed by the Board
of Commissioners March 26, 1968 pertaining to the operation of
amusement facilities in Noble Park, Paducah, Kentucky.
"We suggest that the property damage claims limits contained
in Section 1, Paragraph 8 be reduced from $50,000.00 to $5,000.00

insurance carrier known to us writes property damage claims for
amusement liability, however, under a previous contract we
executed a personal bond to indemnify the City of Paducah against
property damage claims up to the amount of $5,000.00. We would
be agreeable to repeat this procedure.
"We propose to pay an annual rental for the above concession
grant $340.00 per facility, payable in five (5) monthly install-
ments of $68.00 as per the minimum annual rental set forth in
your Resolution.
"We propose to operate the following amusement devices and
facilities:
Ferris Wheel
Miniature Train
Tilt -A -Whirl
Dodgem
Paratrooper
Merry -Go -Round
Panic Palace
