ORDINANCE NO. 68-2-15
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH PLANNING
COMMISSION RESPECTING THE SUBDIVISION OF PROPERTY LOCATED ON FRIEDMAN
LANE, APPROVING THE PLAT OF SAID SUBDIVISION, AND SUBDIVIDING SAID /c/G
PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY.
SECTION 1. That a Resolution adopted by the Paducah Planning
Commission on February 7, 1968, entitled "A RESOLUTION CONSTITUTING
THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH PLANNING COMMISSION RESPECTING THE
PROPOSED SUBDIVISION OF PROPERTY LOCATED ON FRIEDMAN LANE", BE APPROVED
as the final report of said Commission respecting the matters therein
set forth.
SECTION 2. That the'subdivision of the property referred to in
the title of said Resolution, shall be, and it is hereby approved as
shown on the plat referred to in the said Resolution, which plat is
entitled "Heather Hill Subdivision", and said property is hereby
declared to be subdivided as shown on said plat.
SECTION 3. That the dedication of the public rights-of-way and
public utility easements shown on said plat shall be, and they are hereby
accepted, but such acceptance shall not constitute an undertaking on the
part of this Board or of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, for the improving
or maintenance of said rights-of-way, that being a matter for separate
consideration and action.
SECTION 4. That if any section, paragraph or provision of this
ordinance shall be found to be inoperative, ineffective or invalid
for any cause, the deficiency or invalidity of such section, paragraph
or provision shall not affect any other section, paragraph or provision
hereof, it being the purpose and intent of this ordinance to make each
and every section, paragraph and provision hereof separable from all
other sections, paragraphs and provisions.
SECTION 5. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
