FROM C. E. MCCUTCHEA', UNMARRIED AND ROBERTA FcCUTCHEN, UNMARRIED,
FOR THE SUM OF .$2,500.00
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1_ That the City of Paducah, Kentucky, purchase from
C. E. McCutchen, unmarried, and Roberta McCutchen, unmarried, a
certain easement for the construction, inspection, maintenance,
operation and repair of a sewer line or lines and drainage ditch,
and all necessary appurtenances in connection therewith, to.be
constructed upon, over and through certain land owned by the said
C. E. McCutchen, unmarried and Roberta McCutchen, unmarried, in the
City of Faducah, Countv of McCracken and State of Kentucky, described
as follows:
Tract No. 1
Being a strip of P -round 50 feet in width and lying north-
east of and adjacent to the southeast line of a 50 foot
strip of Pround acquired by the City of Paducah from C.
E. McCutchen on Oct. 7, 1954 and recorded in Deed Book
362, page 293, said ''0 foot strip of ground extends from
the northwesterly line of the Floodwall to the line
dividing the property of the Rrantor and Anna Baumer Brown,
a distance, as measured alonp the southwesterly line of
the proposed 50 foot strip, of 197.3 feet more or less.
Tract No. 2.
Being a strip of Around rO feet in width and lying
northeast of and adjacent to the northeast line of a
trianpular parcel of ground acquired by the City of
Paducah from C. E. i.'cCutchen on Septeml-.er 1(, 1953
and recorded in Deed Book 343, Pape 507, said 50 foot
strip of around extends from the north line of Noble
Park northwesterlv to the easterly right of way line
of the Floodwall, a distance, as measured alone the
southwesterly line of said 50 foot strip, of 371.0
feet more or less.

Deed Book 1?),, pare 62 and Deed Book 221, pare 591,
in the McCracken Countv Court Clerk's office.
SECTION 2. The amount to 're paid to C. E. McCutchen, unmarried,
and Robertaa I�-cCutchen, unmarried, for the sewer easement set out in
Section 1 hereof shall he the sum of 44'2,500.00, and shall he paid
Y,v the City from its Public Works Cumulative Reserve Fund.
SECTION_ This ordinance shall he introduced and remain on file
for at least one (1) week for public inspection in the completed form
in which it shall he put upon its final passape, and if adopted shall
