AN ORDINANCE CLOSING ANSPACHER AVENUE IN PADUCAH,MCCRACKEN
COUNTY, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
00 SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah, Kentucky, does
hereby authorize the closing of a certain street known as
Anspacher Avenue in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, described
as follows:
Beginning at a point on the northerly property
line of 8th Street, said beginning point being
located in a westerly direction and 160.0 feet
fron the northwest intersection of the property
linesof 8th Street and Burnett Street; thence
in a Northerly direction for a distance of 100.0
feet to a point in the southerly property line of
a 30 -foot public alley; thence with an interior
angle of 86002' and in a westerly direction and
along the said southerly property line of the
30 -foot public alley for a distance of 40.10 feet
to a point; thence with an interior angle of 93058'
and in a southerly direction for a distance of
100.0 feet to a point in the northerly property
line of 8th Street; thence with an interior angle
of 86002' and in an easterly direction and along
the said northerly property line of 8th Street for
a distance of 40.10 feet to the point of beginning.
(The first call and last call in the above descrip-
tion makes an interior angle of 93658').
SECTION 2. That the Corporation Counsel of the City
of Paducah, Kentucky, be, and he is hereby, authorized and .
empowered to institute and prosecute, pursuant to Section
94.360 of Kentucky Revised Statutes, an action in the McCracken
Circuit Court for a judgment ordering the closing of the street
described in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
