AN ORDINANCE REPEALING AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE OF THE
BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, AUTHORIZING AND
PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE AND SALE OF ONE HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND
DOLLARS ($125,000) OF CITY OF PADUCAH PARKING FACILITIES REVENUE BONDS,
UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 82.050 AND SECTIONS 58.010 THROUGH 58.140,
INCLUSIVE (CHAPTER 58), OF THE KENTUCKY REVISED STATUTES, FOR THE PURPOSE
OF PAYING THE COST OF ACQUIRING AND CONST RUCTING CERTAIN AUTOMOBILE OFF-
STREET PARKING FACILITIES FOR THE CITY; PROVIDING FOR THE COMBINING AND
CONSOLIDATING OF SAID OFF-STREET PARKING FACILITIES WITH THE EXISTING
ON -STREET (CURB -LINE) PARKING FACILITIES OF THE CITY, AS A SINGLE,
REVENUE-PRODUCING'PUBLIC PROJECT, UNDER THE AFORESAID STATUTES, FOR
THE CONTROL OF TRAFFIC AND RELIEF OF CONGESTION ON THE STREETS AND
PUBLIC WAYS; SETTING FORTH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS UPON WHICH SAID
$125,000 OF REVENUE BONDS ARE TO BE AND MAY BE ISSUED AND OUTSTANDING;
AND PROVIDING FOR THE COLLECTION, SEGREGATION AND DISTRIBUTION
OF THE REVENUES OF SAID COMBINED AND CONSOLIDATED PUBLIC PROJECT",
WHICH WAS ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS ON JULY 25, 1967
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION I. That an ordinance containing the title quoted above,
which was adopted by the Board of Commissioners on July 25, 1967, be,
and the same is hereby, repealed.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
