AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH PLANNING
COMMISSION RESPECTING THE AMENDMENT OF SECTION 12,'PARAGRAPH 1,
FIGURE 1 OF THE PADUCAH ZONING ORDINANCE -1961, AND AMENDING SAID
SECTION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That a Resolution adopted by the Paducah Planning
Commission on July 19, 1967, entitled A RESOLUTION CONSTITUTING
THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH PLANNING COMMISSION ON THE PROPOSED
AMENDMENT OF SECTION 12, PARAGRAPH 1, FIGURE 1 OF THE PADUCAH ZONING
ORDINANCE -1961", shall be, and it is hereby, approved as the final
report of said Commission respecting the matters therein set forth.
SECTION 2. That Section 12, paragraph 1, figure 1 of the Paducah
Zoning Ordinance -1961 (Ordinance Book 14, page 507) shall be, and it
is hereby, amended to read as follows:
"SECTION 12, SPECIAL EXCEPTIONS, PARAGRAPH 1, FIGURE 1:
By deleting the following
Produce Terminal Wholesale
(Under the heading 'Zones In Which Use May Be Permitted')

(Under the heading, 'Requirement Designation')
b10, c7, d3, e, hl, i8, jl, kll, 14, n2, rl, t, w.
By adding the following:
(Under the heading 'Special Exception')
General Warehousing & Trucking Terminal excluding
retail sales.
(Under the heading 'Zones In Which Use May Be Permitted')
B-4, M-1, M-2, M-3
(Under the heading 'Requirement Designation')

(Under the heading 'Requirement')

SECTION 3. That if any section, paragraph or provision of this
ordinance shall be found to be inoperative, ineffective or invalid for
any cause, the deficiency or invalidity of such section, paragraph or

provision shall not affect any other section, paragraph or provision
hereof, it being the purpose and intent of this ordinance to make each
and every section, paragraph and provision hereof separable from all
other sections, paragraphs and provisions.
SECTION 4. That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
