TEMPORARY EASEMENT FOR SEWER PURPOSES OVER CERTAIN PROPERTY OF PAUL
STAMBAUGH AND WIFE, MARIBEL STAMBAUGH
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah purchase a permanent easement
and a temporary construction easement for sewer purposes from Paul
Stambaugh and wife, Maribel Stambaugh, over the following described
property in the City of Paducah:
PERMANENT EASEMENT
Beginning at a point in the southwest corner of the inter-
section of Forest Circle and the Lone Oak Road; thence in
a westerly direction at an interior angle of 77 degrees
36 minutes and with the south property line of Forest Circle
15.36 feet; thence in a southerly direction at an interior angle
of 102 degrees 24 minutes a distance of 160 feet more or less
to the curving northwesterly line of the Lone Oak Road; thence
in a northerly direction with the line of the Lone Oak Road
166 feet more or less to the point of beginning.
TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT
A strip of ground 20 feet in width lying west of and adjacent
to the west line of the above described permanent easement
and running from the south property line of Forest Circle to
the curving northwesterly line of the Lone Oak Road.
SECTION 2. The purchase price for the easements mentioned in
Section 1 hereof shall be the sum of $1,000.00, and upon receipt of an
easement executed by Paul Stambaugh and wife, Maribel Stambaugh, and
approved by the Corporation Counsel, the Acting City Treasurer is hereby
authorized and directed to deliver and pay to the said Paul Stambaugh
and wife, Maribel Stambaugh, the amount of $1,000.00 to be charged to
and paid from the Storm Sewer Construction Account.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall bw in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
