ORDINANCE NO. 69-5-203
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF WILSON'S FORD TRACTOR, INC.
FOR THE SALE TO THE CITY OF ONE (1) NEW TRACTOR FOR USE IN THE FLOODWALL
DEPARTMENT, AND PRESCRIBING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS UPON WHICH SUCH
PURCHASE SHALL BE MADE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah, Kentucky, accept the bid
of Wilson's Ford Tractor, Inc. in the sum of $3,252.52 for the sale to
the City of one (1) new Ford 2110 Low Center of Gravity Tractor. having
substantially the specifications as set out in the resolution adopted
on April 22, 1969, by the Board of Commissioners of the City, authorizing
advertisement for bids for such equipment, and contained in the bid of
Wilson's Ford Tractor, Inc. dated May 2, 1969.
SECTION 2. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized
to enter into a contract for said tractor as set out in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be introduced and remain on file
for at least one (1) week for public inspection in the completed form
in which it shall be put upon its final passage, and if adopted shah.
be in full force and effect ten (10) days thereafter.
