AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF KAY UNIFORMS FOR SALE TO THE CITY
OF CLOTHING ITEMS FOR THE MEMBERS OF THE POLICE DEPARTMENT AND AUTHORIZINC
THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE OF SAMA
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY.OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
City of clothing- to be used by the members of the Police Department
be accepted; said bid having the following specifications:
A. (Ike ffackers 34.75 each
B. Uniform Coat $42.00 each
C. Trousers - Fall & Winter $19.75 each
D. Trousers - Summer $16.50 each
m D -alternate (stock trouser dacron-wool) $12.00 each_
E. Shirts - 'Minter Patrolmen $1,.35 each (Simson Soulette Poplin)
•E-2. Shirts - Winter Patrolmen $6.75 each (Tropical)
F. Shirts - Winter'Serpeant & above) $4:35 each (Simpson Soulette

Delivery on tailor made uniforms to be from six to eight weeks and
delivery for caps to be from three to four weeks.
That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized
and directed to enter into a contract for the purchase of items set out in
at times and in quantities as needed, for a period of
year from date of such contract.
This ordinance shall he introduced and remain on
file for public inspection, for at least one week, in the completed
form in which it shall be put upon its final passage, and
if adopted, shall be in full force and effect 10 days thereafter.
