AMOUNT OF $164,913.91: FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SEWERAGE EXTENSIONS
FOR THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, SANDERS ADDITION, CONTRACT B-1966;
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE, ON BEHALF OF SAID CITY, A
CONTRACT FOR SUCH CONSTRUCTION, AND PRESCRIBING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF SUCH CONTRACT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah, Kentucky, subject to the
conditions hereinafter set out, accept'the rid -of E. A. Sullivan, Inc.
in the amount of x'164,943.94 for the construction of sewerage extensions,
Sanders Addition, Contract B-1966,"subject to all the terms and con-
ditions contained in the documents on -which said bidder, based its

I� bid for construction, such documents havinv been prepared by Edward T.
Hannan & Associates, Inc. of Paducah, Kentucky, entitled "SPECIFICATIOIQS
FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SEWERAGE EXTENSIONS, CONTRACT B-1966 FOR THE
CITY OF-PADUCAH, KENTUCKY".
SECTION 2. Acceptance of the bid of E. A..Sullivan, Inc. as set
out in Section 1 hereof shall be conditioned upon the proper execution
of all contract documents by said bidder.
SECTION 3. Upon the approval by the Corporation Counsel of all
bonds and contract documents in connection herewith, the City Manager
of the aforesaid City is hereby authorized to execute said contract
for and on behalf of said City.
SECTION 4. All sums of money to be paid to the aforesaid E. A.
Sullivan, Inc. shall be paid from the proper funds provided for by
the issuance and sale of $600,000.00 Sewer Revenue Bonds of said City,
Series of 191'.5.
SECTION 5. This ordinance shall he introduced and remain on
file for at least one (1) geek for public inspection in the completed
form in which it shall be put upon its final passarre, and if adopted
shall be in full .force and effect ten (10) days thereafter.
