FOR CERTAIN E14PLOYEES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY

SECTION 1. From and after April 1, 1966, all appointive
employees of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, with the exception of
the City ManaFer, shall have the following automatic and progressive
increase in salary:
Su, -Section A. The salary of each employee with at least
five (5) years of continuous service shall be increased at the
rate of $5.00 per month.
Sub -Section B. The salary of each employee with at least
ten (10) years of continuous service shall he increased at the rate
of 4`10.00 per month.
Sub -Section C. The salary of each --employee with at least
fifteen (15) years of continuous service shall be increased at the
rate of $15.00 per month.
SECTION 2. All vacation time, sick leave and leaves of absence
granted by the Board of Commissioners shall constitute continuous
service.
SECTION 3. The increases provided for in Section 1 hereof
shall beFin for the pay period beginning April 1, 1966, and there-
after as each employee reaches the next stage as provided for in
Section 1 hereof, the pay raise provided for such stage shall become
immediately effective.
SECTIO! 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
