BE IT ORDAINED B! THE BOARD OF C01VISSION&RS OF THE CITY OF PA,UCAH,
KENTUCKY-
-SECTION 1. I10 parson other than the election officers and challen-
gers, shall -be permitted within the voting room while the vote is being polled,
except for the purpose of voting or except by authority of the election officers
to keep order and enforce the law. No person other than the election officers
and challengers, shall remain within fifty (50) feet of the polls, except when
voting. No person shall do any electioneering on election: day within any pol-
ling place or within two hundred (200) feet thereof. No voter shall be per-
mitted to converse with others while in the voting room concerning their support
or nonsurport of any candidate, party or issue to be voted on, except as pro-
vided by Section 118,300 of Kentucky Revised Statutes pertaining to voting
by illiterate, blind or disabled persons.
:._GT_IC4! 2. :,ry person violating any rrovisior_ of this ordinance
shall be guilty of a misderreaner•and upon conviction thereof shall be fined
not less than ;;20.CO nor more than ,v,500.00, or confined in jail for not less
than ton (10) days nor more than six (6) months, or both.
Sn611011 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict here-
with are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed.
