AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE PARKING OF VEHICLES ON KENTUCKY AVENUE
BETWEEN THE WEST SIDE OF 6TH STREET AND THE EAST SIDE OF 28TH STREET, AND PREw
SCRIBING THE PENALTY FOR VIOLATION THEREOF
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, company or
corporation to at any time park, or leave standing, a vehicle of any kind on
either side of Kentucky Avenue between the west side of 6th�Street and the
east side of 28th Street in the City of Paducah, Kentucky.
SECTION 2. Any person, firm company or corporation violating the
provisions of this ordinance shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than
$1.00 nor more than $25.00 for each offense.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict here-
with are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed.
SECTION h. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
