AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE EMPLOYMENT OF WILLIAMS, WILLIAMS
AND LENTZ, CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANTS, TO MAKE A STUDY OF METHODS
AND ORGANIZATION FOR THE CITY OF PADUCAH
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Williams, Williams and Lentz, Certified
Public Accountants be, and they are hereby, employed to make a study
of methods and organization now in effect by personnel of the City
of Paducah, relative primarily to financial data.
SECTION 2. The compensation to be paid to Williams, Williams
and Lentz for the services to be performed under Section 1 hereof
shall be standard per diem C P A Fees, but in no event to exceed
the sum of $3,000.00.
SECTION 3. The services to be performed under the terms of
this ordinance shall be performed completely not later than October 1,
1965, and eitht (8) copies of all reports and necessary.exhibits shall
be delivered to the City Manager.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be.introduced at a meeting of
the Board of Commissioners and remain on file for public inspection for
at least one (1) week in the completed form in which it shall be put
upon.its final passage, and if adopted shall be in full force and
effect ten (10) days thereafter.
