AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF KING-WOODALL MOTORS, INC.

FOR THE SALE TO THE CITY OF FOUR NEW 19t° FOUR -DOOR SEDANS FOR USE BY �
THE POLICE DEPARTMENT, AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANACER TO ENTER II-ITO
A CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE OF SAME
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COAI•!ISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the bid of K.inp-doodall Motors, Inc. in the sum
of $8,31_,0.00, less $2,100.00 as trade-in on police cars Nos. 2, 6, 8 and
9, making a net price of $9,21,0.00 for the sale to the City of four (h)
new 196` Custom Four -door Sedans for use by the Police Department, having
the specifications as set out in the Resolution authorizinc the ad-
•,,ertising for bids adopted by the Board of Commissioners on ?March 5,
196. , and as contained in the bid of said 'King :•loodall Motors, Inc.
dated March 22, 19(5, he accepted, and that two of said automobiles be
black color with white top and white front doors: one of the others
to he @limbleton 'White and the fourth one to be Arcadian Blue.
SECTION 2. That the City Manal-er he, and he is hereby, auth-
orized to enter into a contract for the purchase of the automobiles
set out in Section 1 hereof under the terms and conditions of said
bid.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be introduced and remain on
file for public inspection for at least one (1) week in the completed
form in which it shall be put upon its final passage, and if adopted
shall be in full force and effect ten da -s after its adoption.
