AN ORDINANCE DECLARING A CERTAIN PORTION OF FIFTH STREET IN THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, AS A ONE-WAY STREET, LIMITING THE USE
THEREOF AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION THEREOF
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the portion of Fifth Street in Paducah, Kentucky
extending from Jefferson Street to Broadway Street shall be limited
to vehicular traffic traveling south.
SECTION 2. No vehicle shall be operated or parked on that portion
of Fifth Street designated as a one-wav street in a direction other
than that authorized in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. Any person, firm, company or corporation violating
the provisions of this ordinance upon conviction shall be fined not less
L, than Two ($2.00) Dollars nor more than Fifty ($50.00) Dollars for
u" each offense.
SECTION 4.. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed.
SECTION 5. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after 12:01 A.M. on the 23rd day of November, 1964.
