PLANNING COMMISSION RESPECTING THE RESUBDIVISION OF PORTIONS OF FAIRMONT
SUBDIVISION OWNED BY JANES G. WHEELER, LYING WITHIN THE AREA BOUNDED BY 28TH
STREET ON THE NORTH, THE C. ST. L. & N. 0. RAILROAD YARDS ON THE EAST, BELL
AVENUE ON THE SOUTH, AND GOODMAN STREET ON THE WEST, APPROVING THE PLAT OF
SAID RESUBDIVISION, AND RESUBDIVIDING SAID PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That a Resolution adopted by the Paducah -McCracken County
Planning Commission on February 6, 1963, entitled "A RESOLUTION CONSTITUTING
THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH-McCRACKEN COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION ON THE
PROPOSED RESUBDIVISION OF PORTIONS OF FAIRMONT SUBDIVISION WITHIN THE AREA j
BOUNDED BY 28TH STREET ON THE NORTH, THE C. ST. L & N.O. RAILROAD YARDS ON THE!
EAST, BELL AVENUE ON THE SOUTH AND GOODMAN STREET ON THE WEST", shall be, and
it is hereby, approved as the final report of said Commission respecting the
matters therein set forth.

SECTION 2. That the resubdivision of the property of James G. Wheeler,
I
located as described in the title hereof, shall be, and it is hereby, approved)
as shown on the plat referred to in the aforesaid Resolution, and said
property is hereby declared to be resubdivided as shown on said plat.
SECTION 3. That the dedication of the public rights-of-way shown on said.
plat shall be, and it is hereby, accepted, but such acceptance shall not con-
stitute an undertaking on the part of this Board or of the. City of Paducah,
Kentucky, for the improving or maintenance of said rights-of-way, that being a
matter for separate consideration and action.
SECTION 4. That if any section, paragraph or proyosopn of this ordinance
shall be found to be inoperative, ineffective or invalid for any cause, the
deficiency or invalidity of such section, paragraphor provision shall not
affect any other section, paragraph or provision hereof, it being the purpose
and intent of this Resolution to make each and every section, paragraph and
provision hereof separable from all other sections, paragraphs and provisions.!
SECTION 5. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption. ',
