AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, TO
ENTER INTO A GRANT AGREEMENT FOR THE PURPOSE OF OBTAINING FEDERAL
AID I14 THE DEVELOPMENT OF &ARKLEY FIRLD, AND AUTHORIZING ROBERT C.
CHERRY, MAYOR OF SAID CITY, TO EXECUTE SAID GRANT AGREEMENT ON
BEHALF OF SAID CITY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMIISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah, Kentucky, shall enter
into a Grant Apreement for the purpose of obtaining Federal aid
in the development of Barkley Field, and that such Grant Agreement,
consisting of "Part I - Offer" and "Part II - Acceptance", shall
!)e as set forth below.
SECTION 2. That Robert C. Cherry, Mayor of the City of Paducah,
Kentucky, is hereby authorized and directed to execute said Grant
Agreement on behalf of the Citv of Paducah, Kentucky, and the City
Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to impress the official seal
of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, and to attest said execution.
SECTION 3_ That attached hereto is a copy of the Grant Agree-
ment which is hereby incorporated into this ordinance and made a
part hereof.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
