COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION RESPECTING THE SUBDIVISION OF PROPERTY OF
JAMES R. REEVES, LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF PINES ROAD, WEST OF AND
ADJACENT TO THE ILLINOIS CENTRAL RAILROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY, APPROVING THE
PLAT OF SAID SUBDIVISION, AND SUBDIVIDING SAID PROPERTY
BE I^1 ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1_ That a Resolution adopted by the Paducah -McCracken
County Planning Commission on September 5, 1963, entitled "A RESOLUTION
CONSTITUTING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH-McCRACKEN COUNTY PLANNING
COMMISSION REGARDING THE PROPOSED SUBDIVISION OF PROPERTY OF !TAMES REEVES
LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF PINES ROAD, WEST OF AND ADJACENT TO THE
ILLINOIS CENTRAL RAILROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY" be approved as the final report
of said Commission respecting the matters therein set forth.
SECTIOP] 2. That the subdivision of the property of James R. Reeves
as referred to in the title of said Resolution, shall be, and it is hereby
approved as shown on the plat referred to in the said Resolution, which
said plat is entitled "Pine Park Subdivision", and said property is hereby
declared to be subdivided as shown on said plat.
SECTI01\ 3; That the dedication of the public rights -of -fray and
public utility easements shown on said plat shall be, and it is hereby,
accepted, but such acceptance shall not constitute an undertaking on the
part of this Board or of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, for the improving
or maintenance of said rights -of -,ray, that being a matter for separate
consideration and action.
SECTION L. That if any section, paragraph or provision of this
ordinance shall be found to be inoperative, ineffective or invalid
for any cause, the deficiency or invalidity of such section, paragraph
or provision shall not affect any other section, paragraph or provision
hereof, it being the purpose and intent of this Ordinance to make each
and every section, paragraph and provision hereof separable from all
other sections, paraeraphs and provisions.
SECTION 5. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
