WHICH WAS ADOPTED ON MARCH 16, 1957, AND AMENDED ON JUNE 2P, 1966 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF & PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: F SECTION 1. That Section 1 of an ordinance containin, the title cuoted above,which was adopted on March 16, 1957, and amended on June 28, 1966, be, and the same is hereby amended and reordained so that said section as amended and reordained shall read as .follows: "SECTION 1. The Clerk -typist in the Engineering Department shall be paid at the rate o£0$225.00 per month for the first six months of employment; at the expiration of six months $240.00 per month; at the expiration of one year $255.00 per month and at the expiration of two ,years $265.00 per month, such increases to be made upon recommendation of the City Manager. . The Housing Code Enforcement Officer shall be paid at the rate of $350.00 per month for the first six months of employment, at the expiration of six months $360.00 per month, and at the expiration of one vear $370.00 per month, such increases to be made upon recommendation of the City Manager. The Housing Code Officer and Assistant Building Inspector shall be paid at the rate of $390.00 per month for the first six months of employment and at the expiration of six months the salary shall be increased to $400.00 per month, such increase to be made upon the recommendation of the City Manager. The Telephone Operator shall be paid at the rate of $250.00 per month for the first six months of employment; at the expiration of six months $260.00 per month; at the expiration of one year $280.00 per month and at the expiration of one and one-half years $290.00 per month, such increases to be made upon recommendation.of the City Manager. Meter „Maids shall be paid at the rate of $270.00 per month for the first sir, months of emplovment; at the expiration of six months $280.00 per month; at the expiration of one year $290.00 per month and at the expiration of two years $300.00 per month, such increases to be made upon recommendation of the City Manager. The Stenographer - Record Room shall be paid at the rate of $270.00 per month for the first six months of employment; at the expiration of six months $280.00 per month; at the expiration of one year $290.00 per month and at the expiration of two years $300.00 per month, such increases to be made upon recommendation of the City Manager The Clerk-tvpist No. 2 (Inspector's Office) shall be paid at the rate of $225.00 per month for the first six months of employment; at the expiration of six months $240.00 per month; at the expiration of one year $255,00 per month and at the expiration of two years $265.00 per month, such increases to he made upon recommendation of the City Manager. 1076 The Janitor shall be paid at the rate of $1.63 per hour for the first six months of employment; at the expiration of six months $1.68 per hour and at the expiration of one year $1.73 per hour, such increases to be made upon recommendation of the City Manaper. Assistant Janitors shall be paid at the rate of $1.33 per hour .for the first six months of employment; at the expiration of six months $1.38 per hour and at the expiration of one year $1.0 per hour, such increases to be made upon recommendation of the City Manaper. The Meter Technician shall be paid at the rate of $1.98 per hour for the first six months of employment and at the expiration of six months the rate of pay shall be $2.03 per hour, such increases to be made upon recommendation of the City Manaper. The No. 2:1,liaintenance.Man shall be paid at the rate of $1.$$ per hour for the first six months of employment and at the expiration of six months the rate of pay shall be $1.93 per hour, such increases to be made upon recommendation of the City ManarTer. The Maintenance Helper shall be paid at the rate of $1.78 per hour for the first six months of employment and at the expiration of six months the rate of pay shall be $1.83 per hour, such increase to be made upon recommendation of the City Manager". SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed. SECTION 3.
