AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH-
McCRACKEN COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION RESPECTING THE SUBDIVISION OF
PROPERTY OF WILLIAM FLANNIGAN, LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF TENTH
STREET, NORTH OF PALM STREET, APPROVING THE PLAT OF SAID SUBDIVISION
AND SUBDIVIDING SAID PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That a resolution adopted by the Paducah -McCracken
County Planning Commission on April 4, 1962, entitled "A RESOLUTION
CONSTITUTING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH-McCRACKEN COUNTY PLANNING
C014MISSION ON THE PROPOSED SUBDIVISION OF PROPERTY OF WILLIAM FLANNIGAN,
LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF TENTH STREET, NORTH OF PALM STREET",
and a resolution adopted by said Commission on June 6, 1962
entitled"A RESOLUTION CONSTITUTING A SUPPLEMENTAL FINAL
REPORT OF THE PADUCAH-McCRACKEN COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION ON THE
PROPOSED SUBDIVISION OF PROPERTY OF WILLIAM FLANNIGAN, LOCATED ON
THE WEST SIDE OF TENTH STREET, NORTH OF PALM STREET", shall be, and
they are hereby, approved jointly as the final report of said Com-
mission respecting the matters therein set forth.
SECTION 2. That the subdivision of the property of William
Flannigan, located on the west side of Tenth Street, north of
Palm Street, shall be, and it is hereby, approved as shown on the
plat referred to in the aforesaid resolutions, which said plat is
entitled "Plat of Subdivision of the William Flannigan Property,
Paducah, Ky.", and is dated March 20, 1962, it having been prepared
by Engineer, Elmer Y. Hollis, whose certificate appears thereon, and
said property is hereby declared to be subdivided as shown on said plat.
SECTION 3. That the dedication of the public rights-of-
way shown on said plat shall be, and it is hereby, accepted, but such
acceptance shall not constitute an undertaking on the part of this
Board or of the City of Paducah, Kentucky for the improvement or
maintenance of said rights-of-way, that being a matter for separate
consideration and action.
SECTION 4. That compliance with all other applicable provisions
of the Paducah Subdivision Ordinance respecting the improvement of the

dedicated rights-of-way shall be, and it is hereby, waived, and there
is specifically reserved for future determination the obligation of
the subdivider in that respect.

SECTION 5. That if any section, paragraph or provision of
this ordinance shall be found to be inoperative, ineffective or in-
valid for any cause, the deficiency or invalidity of such section,
paragraph or provision shall not affect any other section, paragraph
or provision hereof, it being the purpose and intent of this ordinance
to make each abd every section, paragraph and provision hereof separable
from all other sections, paragraphs and provisions.
SECTION 6. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
