AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OF AN ALLEY AND A PUBLIC
UTILITY EASEMENT ON THE PROPERTY OF DR. JOHN E. BRYAN, LOCATED ON THE
SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF LEVIN AVENUE AND PARK AVENUE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That, pursuant to the recommendation of the Paducah -
McCracken County Planning Commission, the dedication of the alley and
public utility easement on property of Dr. John E. Bryan, situated on
the southeast corner of the intersection of Levin Avenue and Park
Avenue, as shown on the plat attached hereto, shall be, and it is
hereby, accepted, but such acceptance shall not constitute an under-
taking on the part of this Board or of the City of Paducah for the
improving or maintenance of said alley, that being a matter for
separate consideration and action.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
