AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PLANNING AND
ZONING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH AND MUNICIPAL AREA, McCRACIO;N
COUNTY, KENTUCKY ON THE "FUTURE LAND USE PLAN, 196111, AND APPROVING
SAID PLAN.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COI.14ISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That a resolution adopted by the Planning and
Zoning Commission of the City of Paducah and Municipal Area, McCracken
County, Kentucky on May 31, 1961, entitled "A RESOLUTTION CONSTITUTING
THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING COP•MISSION OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH AND MUNICIPAL AREA, McCRACKEN COUNTY, KENTUCKY, ON THE "FUTURE
LAND USE PLAN, 1961" shall be, and it is hereby, approved as the final
report of said Commission respecting the matters therein set forth.
SECTION 2. That said "FUTURE LAND USE PLAN, 1961" shall be,
and it is hereby, approved for the uses and purposes for which it
was formulated, as set forth therein, and a copy thereof shall be
spread upon the official records of •this Board.
SECTION 3. That if any section, paragraph or provision of
this Ordinance shall be found to be inoperative, ineffective or in-
valid for any cause, the deficiency or invalidity of such section,
paragraph or provision shall not affect any other section, paragraph
or provision, it being the purpose and intent of this ordinance to
make each and every section, paragraph and provision hereof separable
from all other sections, paragraphs and provisions.
$ECTION 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
