"AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF A CITY ALCOHOLIC
BEVERAGE ADIMINISTRATOR TO ADMINISTER AND ENFORCE IN THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, PROVISIONS OF KRS 243.010 TO 243.710; PRESCRIB-
ING THE DUTIES OF TFC CITY ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE ADMINISTRATOR; FIXING
THE AMOUNT OF HIS COMPENSATION, AND REPEALING ALL ORDI14ANCES IN
CONFLICT THERESVITH", 1.7HICH :9AS ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF COI,2j1IS3IONER3
ON JANUARY 16, 1961, AND APENDED ON APRIL 5, 1960
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF CON -II SSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Section 4 of an ordinance containing the title
quoted above, which was adopted by the Board of Commissioners on
January 16, 1951, and amended on April 5, 1960, be, and the same is
hereby amended and reordained so that said section as amended and
freordained shall read as follows:
/y� y "SECTION 4. The person appointed as the City Alcoholic Beverage
Administrator for the City of Paducah shall be paid for his services
a salary of ;'300.00 per month, said salary to be paid to him at the
same time and in the same manner as the salaries of other employees
of the city are paid."
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption, and shall be retroactive to January 16,
1961.
