AN ORDINA14CE APPROVIIIG THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH PLANNING

J. P. SMITH, LYING ON THE,iIORTH SIDE OF OLD HAYFIELD ROAD.EAST OF
C07 -TELL STREET, APPROVING THE PLAT OF SAID SUBDIVISION, AND SUBDIVIDIKG
SAID PROPERTY
WHEREAS the Paducah Planning and Zoning Commission at a meeting
held on January 20, 1960, adopted a Resolution entitled "A TESOLUTIOII
COIISTITUTING THE FIITAJ REPORT OF THE PADUCAH PLANNING AND ZONI1IG
COITISSIOH ON TIIE PROPOSED SUBDIVISION OF PROPERTY OF MS. J. P.
Si•_ITH LYING ON TIIE NORTH SIDE OF OLD I.4AYFIELD ROAD EAST OF CO -Z --TELL
ST_RFET", a copy of which, and a copy of the plat referred to therein,
have been certified to this Board, and
:'MREAS it appears that said Resolution was adopted after
appropriate proceedings were held,
NOU THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COIT•TISSIONERS OF
THE CITY OF PADUCAH, IT--TTUCRY:
SECTION 1. That said Resolution and said plat shall be, and they
are hereby, approved jointly as the final report of said Commission
respecting the matters therein set forth.
SECTLOII 2. That the subdivision of the property of Mrs. J. P.
Smith _tying on the north side of Old Mayfield Road east of Cornell
Street shall be, and it is hereby, approved as shoran on said plat,
which said plat is entitled "Triangle IIeights Subdivision" and bears
the date July 1959 and the signature of Engineer Elmer Y. Hollis.
SECTIOIT 3. That the dedication of the public rights-of-way
shown on said plat s%all be, and it is hereby, accepted, but such
acceptance shall not constitute an;'.undertaking on the part of the
City of Paducah or of this Board for the improving or maintenance
of said rights-of-way, that being a matter for separate consideration
and action.
SECTION 4. That if any section, paragraph or provision of this
ordinance shall be found to be inoperative, ineffective or invalid
for any cause, the deficiency or invalidity of such section, paragraph
or provision shall not affect any other section, paragraph or provision
hereof, it being the purpose and intent of this ordinance to make each
and every section, paragraph and provision hereof deparable from all
other sections, paragraphs and provisions.

SECTION 5. That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date on which the aforesaid plat is lodged
for record in the office of the Clerk of the McCracken County Court.
