AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH PLANNING
AND ZONING C010ISSION RESPECTING THE REZONING OF PROPERTY LOCATED
ON THE FORTH SIDE OF PARK AVENUE (HINKLEVILLE ROAD) VEST OF LEVIN
AVENUE, ABUTTING THE FLOOD:aALL RIGHT-OF-TJAY, AND AMENDING THE PADUCAH
ZONING ORDINANCE SO AS TO EFFECT SUCH REZONING
BE IT ORDAINTED BY THE BOARD OF CO1MISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That a Resolution adopted by the Paducah Planning
and Zoning Commission on September 16, 1959, entitled "A RESOLUTION
CONSTITUTING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH PLANNTING AND ZONING
CORMISSION ON THE PROPOSED REZONING OF PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE NORTH
SIDE OF PARK AVENUE (HINKLEVILLE ROAD) WEST OF LEVIN AVENUE, ABUTTING
THE FLOOD9ALL RIGHT -CF -WAY" be approved as the final report of said
Commission respecting the matters therein set forth.
SECTION 2. That the zone classification of the following
property be, and it is hereby, changed from R-3 Two -Family Residential
and B-1 I`Teighborhood Business to B-3 General Business:
Beginning at a point in the north line of Park Avenue
(Hinkleville Road) arrest of Levin Avenue marking the
intersection of said line with the west line of the
Floodtirall right-of-way; thence north along the west
line of said Floodwall right-of-way 1090 feet more or
less to the city limits; thence west along the city
limits 1340 feet more or cless to a corner; thence south
along the city limits and a straight line of extension
thereof 1670 feet more or less to the north line of Park
Avenue (Hinkleville Road);.thence east along the north
line of Park Avenue (Hinkleville Road) 765 feet more or
less to the beginning.
SECTION; 3. That the Paducah Zoning Ordinance and the map referred
to in Section 13 thereof entitled 'CITY OF PADUCAH PLAN-ZORTING I -TAP", be, and
they are hereby, amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effec-
and designate the chanEe provided for in Section 2 hereof.
SECTION 4. That if any section, paragraph or provision of this
ordinance shall be found to be inoperative, ineffective or invalid
for any cause, the deficiency or invalidity of such section, paragraph
or provi-sion shall not affect any other section, paragraph or
provision hereof, it being the purpose and intent of this ordinance
to mhke each and every section, paragraph and provision hereof
separable from all other sections, paragraphs and provisions.
SECTION? 5. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
