AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH PLANiBiINIG
AND ZONING COP%MISSION RESPECTING THE SUBDIVISION OF PROPERTY OF
GUS E. AND KATHERINE K. HANK, WHICH IS BOUNDED BY HILLCREST AVP?UE,
40TH STREET, COURT AVENUE AND 39TH STREET EXTENDED, APPROVING THE
PLAT OF SAID SUBDIVISION AND SUBDIVIDING SAID PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That a resolution adopted by the Paducah Planning
and Zoning Commission on August 26, 1959, entitled "A RESOLUTION
CONSTITUTING TIS FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH PLANNING AND ZONING
COi�11ISSION ON THE PROPOSED SUBDIVISION OF PROPERTY OF GUS E. AND
KATHERINE K. HANK, WHICH IS BOUNDED BY HILLCREST AVENUE, 40TH STREET,
COURT AVENUE AND 39TH STREET EXTENDED", be approved as the final
report of said Commission respecting the matters therein set forth.
SECTION 2. That the subdivision of the property of Gus E.
and Katherine K. Hank which is bounded by Hillcrest Avenue, 40th
Street, Court Avenue and 39th Street extended as shown on the plat
entitled 2The Subdivision of Property Belonging to Gus E. and
Katherine K. Hank", which was prepared by Engineer Hunter H, rlartin,
Jr. and dated August 3, 1959, be, and it is hereby approved, and
said property is hereby declared to be subdivided as shown on said
plat.
SECTION 3. That the dedication of the Public rights-of-way
shown on said plat be, and it is hereby, accepted, but such acceptance
shall not constitute an undertaking of the part of the City of Paducah
or of the Board to improve or to maintain such rights-of-way, that
being a matter for separate consideration and action.
SECTION 4. That if any section, paragraph or provision of this
ordinance shall be found to be inoperative, ineffective or invalid
for any cause, the deficiency or invalidity of such section, paragraph
or provision shall not affect any other section, paragraph or provision
hereof, it being the purpose and intent of this ordinance to make
each and every section, paragraph and provision hereof separable
from all other sections, paragraphs and provisions.
SECTION 5. This prdinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date on which the aforesaid plat is lodged for
record in the office of the Clerk of the McCracken County Court.
