AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF KING-WOODALL MOTOR SALES
FOR THE SALE TO THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY OF ONE STATION WAGON,
A;ID AUTHORIZING THE CITY b1ANAGER TO CONTRACT TO PURCHASE SAME
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF CO&11wIISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah, Kentucky accept the bid
of King-Iloodall Motor Sales for the sale to the City of one (1) 1957
two -door station wagon, Model 59A, eight cylinder, two seats, heater,
automatic transmission, directional turning signals, spot light,
spare tire and wheel, two-tone color orange and black, color arrange-
ment to be designated by Chief Foreman of Refuse Division. The
purchase price for said station wagon is to be the sum of ;p2,359.22,
less the sum of 'A21.95 as trade-in price for one (1) 1947 Studebaker
one-half ton pick-up truck, making the net purchase price to be paid
by the City in the sum of ,;p1,937.27. Delivery to be made within twenty
days after the execution of the purchase contract.
SECTION 2. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized
to enter into a contract for the purchase of said station wagon as
set out in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be introduced and remain on
file for public inspection for at least one (1) week in the completed
form in which it shall be put upon its final passage, and if adopted
shall be in full force and effect ten (10) days thereafter.
