AH ORDINA ?CE TO AME1\ D AN ORDINANCE ADOPTED ON FEBRUARY 5,
1957, TO AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR, ON BEHALF OF TILE CITY OF PADUCAII,
KENTUCI{Y, TO EXECUTE A SPECIFIC CONTRACT WITH THE STATE AGENCY OF
THE OLD AGE ARID SURVIVORS INSURANCE SYSTEM.
"WHEREAS, Section II of Plan and Agreement, as authorized
by Ordinance Adopted February 5, 1957, read in words and figures as
folloils :
III. Services Covered
This Plan and Agreement includes all services performed
by individuals for the Political Subdivision except:
Those set out above in Paragraph I; and elective officials
of the city; and members of the Board of Equalization"
"ARID WHEREAS, the State Agency can not, within the term and
conditions of its State -Federal Agreement dated April 27, 1951,
approve this Plan and Agreement with Section II worded in this manner
and the State Agency requests that the terms of such Section II and
such paragraph be amended to read as follows:
III. Services Covered
This Plan ad Agreement includes all services performed
by individuals for the Political Subdivision except:
Elective Positions and Part Time Positions'

OF THE CITY OF PADUCAII, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Ordinance of February 5, 1957, to
authorize the ilayor on behalf of the City of Paducah, to execute a
specific contract with the State Agency of the Old Age and Survivors
Insurance System is amended in such manner as to permit the words
and terms of Section II of the Plan and Agreement to read as follows:
III. Services Covered
This Plan and Agreement includes all services per-
formed by individuals for the Political Subdivision except:
Elective Positions and Part Time Positions.,
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
