SALE TO THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY OF ONE H. D. 5 DOZIER AND
EQUIPMENT, AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO CONTRACT TO PURCHASE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COP+I,IISSIOI ERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah, Kentucky, accept the
bid of William H. Powell for the sale to the City of Paducah of One
(1) H. D. 5 Dozier, model 5B, Serial ;17173, 1953 model -L,2 horsepower,
equipped with 10 foot Garwood Angle Dozier blade ;,'961, and equipped
with Winch ,#11429. The purchase price of said Dozier and equipment
is to be the sum of X6,500.00.
SECTION 2. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby,
authorized to enter into a contract for the purchase of said Dozier
and equipment as set out in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be introduced and remain
on file for public inspection for at least one (1) week in the comp-
leted form in which it shall be put upon its final passage, and
if adopted shall be in full force and effect ten (10) days thereafter.
