WHEREAS, on T-zrch 31, 1942 the Board of Commissioners of the
City of Paducah, Kentucky passed an ordinance accepting an offer of
Lynn Martin in the , sunt of %;600.00 for sale of certain property at
1017 Boyd Street, and
UHEREAS, the said Lynn martin requested that the deed conveying
said property be made to Ada Ruth artin, and
:Y!-1EREAS2 on the _ day of April, 1942, Pierce E. Lackey,
1.:ayor-' of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, and Rudy Stewart, Clerk of
the City of Paducah,'Kentucky, executed a deed conveying said property
to Ada Ruth martin, and
!'THE!—WAS, it appears that the deed was not dated; that the
iotary Public's Acknowledgement certificate was not dated and the
city seal was omitted.

OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Iaayor and City Clerk be, and they are
hereby, authorized and directed to execute a deed of correction on
behalf of the City of Paducah, Kentucky to Ada Ruth -Martin conveying
property at 1017 Boyd.Street, and such deed shall contain only a
special warranty as to title, and subject to any encroachments or
state of facts that might be shovin by an accurate survey.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and aster its adoption.
