PLANNING AM ZONING COP11ISSION RESPECTING THE REZONING OF PROPERTY
ON THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF BLANDVILLE ROAD AND
LONE OAK ROAD AND M ENDING THE PADUCAH ZONING ORDINANCE SO AS TO
EFFECT SUCH REZONING
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF C0111.1ISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That a Resolution adopted by the Paducah Planning
and Zoning Commission on June 6, 1956, entitled: "A RESOLUTION
CONSTITUTING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH PLANNING AND ZONING
C0111ISSION Old THE PROPOSED REZONING OF PROPERTY ON TILE SOUTHI9EST
CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF BLANDVILLE ROAD AND LONE OAK ROAD",
be approved as the final report of said Commission respecting the
matters therein set forth.
SECTION 2. That the zone classification of the following property
be, and it is hereby, changed from R-1 to B-1:
Beginning at a point in the west line of Lone Oak Road
(U. C. Highway 45) 339 feet north of the northwest corner of the
intersection of Maple Street and Lone Oak Road,as measured along
said line, which point is in the east property line c.f Lot No. 1
in Block No. 1 of L. D. Sanders Arcadia Subdivision (Plat Book A,
pages 218-219, McCracken County Court Clerk's office); thence in
a westerly direction to a point in the west line of said Lot No. 1,
1$.5 feet north of the southwest corner of said lot; thence in a
westerly direction, at rig4t angles to said west line of said Lot
No. 1, 10 feet to the center line of an alley; thence in a southerly
direction along the center line of said alley 9$.5 feet to a
point in said line; thence in a westerly direction, and along the
south line of Lot 11o. 14 in Block No. 1 of said Subdivision and
that line extended, to a point in the center line of Sanders Avenue;
thence in a southerly direction along the center line of Sanders
Avenue $0 feet to a point in said line; thence in a westerly
direction, and along the southerly line of Lot Ho. 2 in Block Ido. 2
of said Subdivision and that line extended, 1$0 feet to a point in
the center line of an alley; thence in a northerly direction along
the center line of said alley 55.15 feet more or less to the north
boundary of Block No. 2 in said Subdivision; thence in a westerly
direction, along the north boundary of Block 2 in said Subdivision
84.275 feet to a point in said boundary; thehce in a northerly
direction 437.92 feet to a point in the south line of Blandville
road, iinich point is 1105.98 feet west of the southwest corner of
the intersection of Blandville Road and Lone Oak Road as measured
along said line; thence in a northerly direction, at right angles
to the south line of Blandville Road, to a point in the center line
of Blandville Road; thence in an easterly direction, along the
center line of Blandville Road, to the intersection of that line
with the center line of Lone Oak Road; thence in a southerly
direction, along the center line of Lone Oak Road, to a point in
said line opposite the point of beginning; thence at right angles
in a westerly direction to the point of beginning.
SECTION i That the Paducah Zoning Ordinance and the map
referred to in Section 13 thereof entitled "CITY OF PADUCAH PLAN -
ZONING MAP" be, and they are hereby, amended to the extent and in
the respects necessary to effect and designate the change provided
for in Section 2 hereof.

SECTION 4. That if any section, paragraph or provision of this
ordinance shall be found to be inoperative, ineffective or invalid
for any cause, the deficiency or invalidity of such section, paragraph
or provision shall not affect any other section, paragraph or provision
hereof, it being the purpose and intent of this ordinance to make each
and every section, paragraph and provision hereof separable from all
other sections, paragraphs and provisions.
SECTION 5. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
