EASTERN INDUSTRIES, INC. FOR SALE TO THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCIY

AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY 1eANAGER TO CONTRACT TO PURCHASE SLIM
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COM,1ISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KMITUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah, Kentucky accept the bid
of Automatic Signal Division, Eastern Industries, inc. in the amount
of ;`1,355.75 for sale to the City of Paducah of certain radar speed
meter equipment, vihich bid is as follows:

"The above prices are f.o.b East 11orwalk Connecticut, with full
freight allowed to Paducah, Kentucky. bur terns are net 30 days
and prices hold good for 30 days from date of this quotation_.
"Shipment on the above equipment can be made in eight to ten
weeks after receipt of your purchase order."
SECTION 2. That the City Lliaimger be, and he is hereby,
authorized to enter into a contract with Automatic Signal Division_,
Eastern Industries, inc. for the purchase of the equipment as set out
in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be introduced and remain on
file for public inspection for a least one (1) week in the completed
fo rm in which it shall be put upon its final passage, and if adopted
shall be in full force and effect ten (10) days thereafter.
