ZONING COi•'+?SSION RESPECTING THE REZONING OF PROPERTY ON BOTH SIDES OF PARK
AVENUE BETWEEI i•IcGUIRE AVENUE AND 32ND STREET
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COF11ISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAII,
It;NTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That a resolution adopted by the Paducah Planning and Zoning
Commission on January 18, 1956 entitled: "A RESOLUTIOI: COIISTITUTING THE i
FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH PLANNING A_HD 'ZONING COI=IISSION ON THE PROPOSED RE-
ZONING OF PROPERTY OH BOTH SIDES OF PARK AVENUE BETIE3,04 JOE CLIFTON DRIVE AND
321iD STREEM, beapproved as the final report of said Commission respecting the
matters therein set forth.
SECTTION 2. That the zone classification of the following property be,
and it is hereby, changed from 11-3 and B-3 to B-1:
Beginning at a point in the center line of Park Avenue
250 feet east of the east ;ine of Cruse Avenue; thence
south parallel with Cruse Avenue 275 feet; thence
-gest parallel with the center line of Park Avenue to a
point 210 feet east of the east line.of Thirty-second
street; thence north parallel with the east line of
Thirty-second street 275 feet to the center line of Park
Avenue; thence west along the center line of Park Avenue
230 feet; thence north parallel to an extension of the
center line of Thirty-second street to the city boundary;
thence east along the city boundary and that boundary
extended in an easterly direction and parallel with the
center line of Park Avenue to the west line of the flood -
wall right-of-way; thence southwest with the -rest line of
the floodwall right -o£ -way and that line extended to the
center line of Park Avenue; thence east along the center
line of Park Avenue to the beginning.
SECTION 3. That the Paducah Zoning Ordinance anf the map referred to in
Section 13 thereof entitled "CITY OF PADUCAH - ZOi?I iG 1QkP01 be, and they are
hereby, amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and
designate the change provided for in Section 2 hereof.
SECTIOI: L. That if any section, paragraph or provision of this
ordinance shall be found to be inoperative, ineffective or invalid for any
cause, the deficiency or invalidity of such section, paragraph or provision
shall not affect any other section, paragraph or provision hereof, it being
the purpose and intent of this ordinance to make each and every section,
paragraph and provision hereof separable from all other sections, paragraphs
and provisions.
SECTIOI? 5. This ordinance shall be in full 'once and erect from and
after its adoption.
