PLANNING AND ZONING COP11ISSION RESPECTING THE REZONING OF PROPERTY
ABUTTING THE NORTHWEST SIDE OF REEDER STREET BETWEEN YORK AND BRIDGE
STREETS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COPSiISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That a Resolution adopted by the Paducah planning and
Zoning -Commission on November lo, 1955 entitled: 'IA RESOLUTION CONSTITUT'
ING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH PLANNING AND ZONING COianZSSION ON THEI
PROPOSED REZONING OF PROPERTY ABUTTING THE NORTHWEST SIDE OF REEDER STREET
BETWEEN YORK AND BRIDGE STREETS", be approved as the final report of said
Commission respecting the matters therein set forth.
SECTION 2. That the zone classification of the following property,
be, and it is hereby, changed from C-1 to B-3: I
Beginning at the intersection of the center line of
Reeder Street with the northeast boundary of the
existing C-1 zone; thence northwest with the northeast
boundary of the existing C-1 zone to a point 1$1.5 feet
from the center line of Reeder Street, measured at right
angles to said center line; thence southwest parallel
to thecenter line of Reeder Street and a straight
extension of that line to the southwest boundary of the
existing C-1 zone; thence southeast with said southwest
boundary of said C-1 zone to the center line of Reeder
Street; thence northeast with the center line of Reeder
Street to the beginning.
SECTION 3. That the Paducah Zoning Ordinance and the map referred'
to in Section 13 thereof entitled "CITY OF PADUCAH PLAN -ZONING MAP",
be, and they are hereby, amended to the extent and in the respects
necessary to effect and designate the change provided for in Section 2
hereof.
SECTION 4. That if any section, paragraph or provision of this
ordinance shall be found to be inoperative, ineffective or invalid
for any cause, the deficiency or invalidity of such section, paragraph
or provision shall not affect any other section, paragraph or
provision hereof, it being the purpose and intent of this ordinance
to make each and every section, paragraph and provision hereof
separable from all oth&�r sectiong, paragraphs and provisions.
SECTION 5. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from andafter its adoption.
